Security checks and entry
Security is our number one priority. As a condition of entry all guests are subject to ticket check, bag search and all adults subject to security wanding. We encourage patrons to arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the start time, and reduce the amount of items brought into the venue to reduce queue times.
Some items are restricted or cannot be brought into Margaret Court Arena. To avoid disappointment, please check out our conditions of entry HERE. Small amounts of food and soft plastic water bottles up to 600ml in size will be permitted into the arena. Metal or hard plastic bottles are not permitted.
Prams are not permitted into the seating bowl, and will need to be cloaked upon entrance to the venue. Guests with prams will enter Margaret Court Arena via the lift to the right of the main steps (lift 9), and will be able to leave prams in the free cloaking area on the concourse. To ensure a quick and smooth entry process, we recommend that, where possible, prams are left in the car or at home.
